Christina Condak on Architectural Memory, Spring 2018
Architect Christina Condak will speak with students at CTA about her film “POINT Zero: Architects in the Making,” an oral history/documentary work with a twist: architects reflect on their initial experiences in architecture education through a ritual performance.
Christina Condak holds degrees from Hobart & William Smith Colleges and The Irwin S. Chanin School of Architecture of the Cooper Union. Born in Manhattan, she lives in Vienna and teaches architectural design at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna. She has been a visiting design professor at Cornell University and at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Architecture de Paris-Malaquais. Condak shares an architecture practice, NURARCHITEKTUR, i.e. simply architecture, with Peter Leeb in Vienna. www.nurarchitektur.com
